Improving Profits From Better Data And Integration

A global health company developed a Services Data platform to bring its customers new, invaluable insights, facilitate the management of their products, and boost the overall profitability of their field operations. Using radio frequency identification (RFID) technology, the platform was designed to capture behavioral data and integrate it with external data, such as medical information, weather, and feedlot management systems.

LiquidHub was brought in to implement and support a cost-effective data-management solution for the platform environment. Drawing on its deep experience in Enterprise Information Management, Global Delivery, and Managed Services, the LiquidHub team employed its PLASMA, “Project Lifecycle and Solution Management Approach” methodology. According to this approach, LiquidHub performed a detailed technical review of the client’s overall platform and its components; evaluated the current-state operating model and its processes for quality and availability; designed a Managed Services Solution; and assembled a team to manage it.
